- $125 for initial consult, $75 for follow up. Sliding scale is offered.
We are still working on credentialing with insurance companies, to include Medicare and Medicaid. Once we are able to accept insurance, those companies will be listed on this page.

I accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards as forms of payment.
Cancellation/No Show Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged at the rate for no shows. If you do not show up to your appointment and do not make any effort to contact us, you will be charged a $50 no show fee.
