What conditions do you treat at Revive Psychiatry?

We treat a wide range of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, OCD, ADHD, sleep disorders, and mood disturbances. 

What’s the difference between a psychiatric nurse practitioner and a therapist?

Psychiatric mental health nurse practitioners (PMHNP) are advanced practice nurses who can diagnose mental health conditions and prescribe medications, as well as perform psychotherapy or counseling. Therapists (also called counselors or psychologists) provide talk therapy but generally cannot prescribe medications.

How do I book an appointment?

You can request an appointment online here or call our office directly. You can also find us on Zocdoc or Alma. We usually schedule new patient visits within 24–72 hours based on availability.

What should I bring to my first visit?

Bring a valid ID, insurance information (if applicable), a list of current medications, and any previous psychiatric records.

Do you accept walk-ins?

We do accept walk-ins during open hours. However, we prefer and emphasize the need for all visits must be scheduled in advance to ensure privacy and availability. Advance scheduling lets you avoid waiting.

Do you offer telepsychiatry?

Yes! Our telepsychiatry services allow you to consult with an online provider via secure video call from the comfort of your own home. It is ideal for medication management, follow-ups, and mental health evaluations.

Do you offer medication management?

Yes! Our providers evaluate your symptoms, prescribe necessary medications, order labs and tests, and provide regular follow-ups to monitor progress and make adjustments as needed. They will also conduct supportive psychotherapy for a multimodal approach.

Can I stop medication once I feel better?

You should never stop taking psychiatric medication without consulting your provider. We’ll help you taper off safely if/when appropriate. If you feel your medications are not working for you, let your provider know.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes, we accept most major insurance providers, including Medicare and SoonerCare. Please, contact our office to confirm your coverage and get help with verification.

What is the cost of mental health treatment without insurance?

We offer competitive self-pay rates and will provide a transparent quote before your visit. Our goal is to make quality psychiatric care in Oklahoma and Colorado accessible and affordable. 

  • $200 for initial consult, $100 for follow up. Sliding scale is offered. Insurance accepted.
